A guest once asked one of the brothers, “How can you spend so much time in prayer?”

He replied simply, “When do you know you have prayed enough?

On the last Sunday of every month, we have Eucharistic Adoration starting right after Mass and closing with Benediction.

"Be careful, therefore, to take part only in the one Eucharist; for there is only one Flesh of our Lord Jesus Christ and one cup to unite us with His Blood."

St. Ignatius of Antioch

"If souls but understood the Treasure they possess in the Divine Eucharist, ... they would press forward themselves to feed on the Bread of Angels.”

—Blessed Dina Belanger
